Malagma International co.Ltd, was founded by Vivien Qu and Zonika Smith.
Malagma (derived from the word amalgam: the culmination of two metals. It originates from the Greek word Malagma, which directly translates to emollient: emollient meaning to avoid confrontation and create a calming effect. Therefore this is what we stand for. Two professionals from opposite ends of the globe with ambition, trust and firm moral standing- so strong it rivals that of the toughest steals molten together to form a single unit of strength and savvy, that will bring both peace of mind and a calming satisfaction of a deal delegated and a job well done. -Malagma International deals directly with factories and international buyers to negotiate the best possible prices and quality to match.
-We demand a high standard of quality and professionalism from both parties.
-We do spot checks and regular checks on shipments to maintain and ensure a high standard of quality.
-We source products, both regular imports and new innovative items.
-We will send samples and informative brochures to clients for hands on inspection, eliminating the need to waste time and thousands of dollars flying across the world to factories, trying to negotiate quality and price with little or no avail.
-After product approval and finalization we do constant checking until the packages are on board and ready for export.
-We use the Malagma quality assurance seal on all packages. This will certify that all packages have been checked by us personally, and to avoid tampering, seals will be changed frequently to avoid counterfeiting. Clients will be notified of change via email.
